Mediations

Rudy has served for decades as a court appointed mediator in federal and state courts, and by engagement of private parties. In nearly every case, he has succeeded in guiding all participants to an amicable resolution of the dispute. Most cases are resolved in a single day through a series of confidential meetings with the parties and their counsel.

Rudy only mediates commercial cases referred by lawyers or courts.

Arbitrations

Rudy has served for decades as a court appointed arbitrator in federal and state courts, and by engagement of private parties. He has served as a sole arbitrator or as a member of an arbitration panel. Arbitrations are almost always far less expensive and time consuming than trials in court, but still give all parties an opportunity to present their evidence and arguments to a neutral tribunal and obtain an enforceable decision.

Rudy only arbitrates commercial cases referred by lawyers or courts.

Hearings

Rudy also serves as an appointed hearing officer in administrative proceedings.
