Rudolph (Rudy) Garcia is a highly rated Philadelphia lawyer who has served for decades as a court-appointed and private mediator, arbitrator and judge pro tempore for matters pending in federal and state courts. In those capacities, he has successfully resolved nearly every case. • Successfully litigating and resolving an $800 million avoidance claim on behalf of a creditors committee for an insurance conglomerate debtor; and
• Successfully litigating dozens of cases for wireless service providers and tower companies under the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
